1. Sign out on your devices
Open Claire's account settings and sign out of each account you want to remove. This clears that account's sign-in tokens and cached mail from the device. Repeat on each device where you use Claire.
2. Disconnect Google
Open your Google Account's connected apps, select Claire, and remove its access. This stops Claire from accessing your Google account, including through the notification service.
Disconnecting Claire does not delete your Gmail messages or Google account.
3. Request server-side deletion
To delete your notification credentials and synced to-do, snooze, and reminder data, email [email protected] from the address you use with Claire. Use the subject Delete my data. We will delete your stored entries and confirm within 30 days.
Revoking Google access stops future access but does not replace a request to delete stored records.
Stop optional usage sharing
Turn off Share basic usage in Settings → About & system → Diagnostics. This stops future usage events and removes the random installation ID from this device. Previously sent usage records are not linked to your email address and expire after three months.
Leave the waitlist
To remove your early-access signup, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask to leave the waitlist. We delete your contact from Attio; Resend keeps its own delivery records for any confirmation already sent, under its retention settings.
